About the project

The LIGET VILLA residential park will form a harmonious unit with the surrounding villas, creating an elegant, freestanding building complex consisting of 61 apartments, embraced by a perfectly designed garden created by landscape architects.

Upon entering through the gate and passing through the front garden, you will find the elegant lobby and reception area. From there, a garden path will connect the three buildings via a passageway. During the planning phase, great emphasis was placed on designing apartments that meet family needs and offer high-quality usability. Features such as windowed kitchens, master bedrooms, double bathrooms, walk-in closets and utility rooms will all contribute to enhanced comfort. Buildings A, B, and C will include exceptionally well-furnished homes with dual orientations. The developer

Liget Villa is being developed by the Fadera Group, a company specializing in residential and logistics real estate development.

The Liget Villa Residential Park, located on Városligeti Avenue, is the group’s fifth residential project. In addition to the three projects already completed and handed over, apartments are still available in their ongoing Mara Residence project on Sobieski János Street in District 9.

Technical specifications

The apartments will be powered by ground-source heat pump systems, ensuring an energy-efficient solution for both heating and cooling. Underfloor heating will provide a comfortable indoor climate during the winter, while fancoil units will offer effective cooling in the summer months.

The windows will feature triple glazing and aluminum-wood frames. Included in the base price are aluminum electric shutters and a smart home system. Both the building and the individual apartments are expected to achieve an A+ energy rating.

For the interior finishes, residents can choose from a selection of high-quality Italian and Spanish ceramic tiles, including options up to 60x60 cm. Wooden parquet flooring and premium sanitary fixtures will also be included as standard features in every home.
